Description

The frameless design with grill that magnetically attaches to loudspeaker and only protrudes 3mm from the ceiling. The grill can be painted with ceiling paint to create a virtually invisible look to these high performance spot speakers. Featuring a woven glass fiber cone, the strength of woven glass fibe helps the cone retain its shape at very high energy levels and its low mass assures a quick & accurate response. The cone’s woven surface delivers smooth, uncolored mids. The high quality rubber surround ensure that these woofers will provide years of consistent, reliable performance.

How to fix the speaker to the ceiling?

Using the 4 screws, the speakers have dog ear type fixings, that tighten up to the ceiling/wall material, to ensure a firm fixing.

Do the speakers need to be connected to separate amplifier?

Yes, via speaker wire (not supplied) these speakers are Passive only, meaning they DO NOT have amplifier or signal processing on board.

Can the ceiling speakers be used in the bathroom?

Not recommend this model, please use our bathroom rated version IP44 rated for bathroom use. Do not place speaker directly above shower unit, bath, sinks or radiators.

What is the depth required of the ceiling speaker?

The depth required is 60mm.

What size hole is required for cut out?

The cut out diameter is 100mm, a cutting template is supplied inside box.
